The gardens are well maintained, stocked with flowering shrubs and plants and has an additional large 3 tier lower garden terrace accessed from the pool area. 10 x 5m pool enclosed by terraces with poolside shower. Pergola with grapevine and barbecue, perfect for al-fresco entertaining. Lovely views across the valley to the marina at Albufeira. Table with dining chairs, 8 sun loungers. The pool is cleaned regularly to keep it in tip top condition.
Lower Level – Twin bedroom / oak fitted wardrobes. Shower enclosure/ toilet / hand basin. Kitchenette/ fridge. Large games room with table tennis and 2 large sofas for relaxing. Double patio doors to pool area.
Ground Floor – Entrance hall. Double doors to open space lounge/dining room with satellite TV / DVD player and patio doors leading out to large terrace with table and chairs. Kitchen with fridge / freezer / toaster / kettle / dishwasher / washing machine / hob / oven / microwave / hair dryer / iron with ironing board. Just to say what a fantastic week we had at Casa Verde. The villa had everything we needed and all the family loved the pool. Great location with fab views overlooking the marina which is about a 15 minute walk and has a number of bars and restaurants. Also booked a boat trip there which the kids loved. Nearest supermarket (which has a bakery) is approx,10 minute walk although we used to get a taxi to the larger one in Albufeira to stock up! We didn’t hire a car as stayed local to the villa all week. We went into the old town of Albufeira for a couple of nights out which were fun and the taxis are cheap enough.There is also a chinese and a Portuguese restaurant near to the villa which we walked to.The two local beaches are fantastic, about 10 minutes walk or so and had some very enjoyable meals there and made a few memories. Tracey the villa manager is lovely, very helpful and now we are back home wish really wished we had booked for another week.
The girls and I returned home Tuesday afternoon. I would just like I say what a wonderful time we had at Casa Verde. What a beautiful home you have there. I shall be recommending it to everyone I know. The area and the people are fantastic, making us feel extremely at home. Thanks again, and all the best!
I just thought I would send you a quick note to say thank you and tell you that we had an amazing time at your villa. The pictures on the website are ok but the real thing is so much better. So much room to relax and the views are great. All my family and our friends absolutely loved it and will definitely come back for future holidays.
